🧾 IHSAN – Product Return, Campaign & Purchase-Sale Policy

1. Return & Repurchase Policy

 1.1  IHSAN provides the opportunity for product repurchase; however, depending on the product type, condition, and time period, a restocking charge ranging from 15% to 35% will be deducted to determine the repurchase price.

 1.2 The courier cost for product returns shall be borne by the customer.

 1.3 Products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Used, washed, or altered products will not be repurchased under any circumstances.

 1.4 Refunds for repurchased products will be made only via mobile banking or bank transfer, and the entire process will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.


2. Entrepreneur Campaign Policy

 2.1 IHSAN is not obligated to repurchase any product outside the entrepreneur campaign.

 2.2 Products must be sold back to IHSAN before the campaign period expires. No repurchase will be applicable after the campaign ends.

 2.3 Entrepreneurs must clearly understand and accept the restocking charges, terms, and timelines of each campaign at their own responsibility.

 2.4 To participate in the entrepreneur campaign, fulfilling the specified minimum order quantity (MOQ) is mandatory.


3. Product Quality & Complaint Policy

 3.1 Refunds or exchanges will be provided only in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects.

 3.2 Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of product receipt, accompanied by video evidence.


4. Pricing, Payment & Delivery Policy

 4.1 IHSAN reserves the right to change product prices according to market conditions.

 4.2 For online deliveries, an advance payment equal to double the delivery charge must be made.


5. Confidentiality & Liability

 5.1 IHSAN’s pricing information, strategies, and business plans are confidential and sharing them with third parties is strictly prohibited.

 5.2 Customers are responsible for complying with the business laws and regulations of their respective areas.

 5.3 IHSAN shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, traffic congestion, or courier-related issues.


6. Final Statement

 Our primary goal is to achieve customer satisfaction through business transparency, maintaining quality, and mutual trust. In any exceptional circumstances, IHSAN reserves the right to make final decisions on a case-by-case basis.
